I eat a piece of fruit in the morning with my coffee.
Lunch is by far my biggest meal of the day, and at the moment it's not much.
Examples of things I've eaten at lunch and struggled to finish most times.
* Hot dog.
* 1/4 - 1/2 box of KD.(with salmon, green onions and/or avocado's - It's rarely plain)
* One small California roll.
* 1/2 a mini Me N Ed's pizza.
* 1 Sausage roll and slice of watermelon. (this is becoming my favourite lunch/dinner meal now)
* Pear with prosciutto.
* Cereal.
* A lot more soups. (wonton,chicken,tomato)
* 1/2 a sandwich.
(grilled cheese with cheddar, slice of feta, black forest ham, a dollop of Dijon all melted together)
* Orange Juice - extra pulp is now a favorite for breakfast or before bed snack.
Dinner is usually the left overs of lunch and visa versa.
You get it.
I'm not eating a whole lot. I'm trying to be diligent about what I'm putting into my body as I do not eat as often. Minimal snacking.
My question is: Should I be eating for the sake of having something in my system when I'm not hungry on Accutane, (logic says yes) or would that be similar to only eating when I'm bored. etc.
I know I should have SOMETHING in my body... I'm concerned about gaining weight due to eating when my body isn't signaling hunger.
Input please..... GO!
